Representing us: the <strong>Caccavella<\/strong>, our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lafabbricadellapastadigragnano.com\/en\/solo-noi\/\">patented pasta shape<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unique Pasta Shape on THAIFEX Global Stage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The THAIFEX \u2013 Anuga tasteInnovation Show takes place as part of THAIFEX \u2013 Anuga Asia, the largest food &amp; beverage trade fair in Asia, held in Bangkok from 26 to 30 May 2026. <br>Among over 600 entries, our Caccavella was handpicked as a finalist. A format born to impress before it even reaches the plate. A pasta whose shape already tells a story \u2014 that of a place that has never stopped reinventing itself, while remaining deeply true to what it is.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure
