Utiliser beaucoup d\u2019eau<\/strong> <strong>acqua<\/strong> \u2013 environ <em>1 litre d\u2019eau pour 100 g de p\u00e2tes<\/em>Couvrir la casserole permet \u00e0 l\u2019eau d\u2019atteindre l\u2019\u00e9bullition plus rapidement, r\u00e9duisant le temps d\u2019attente et la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<br><strong>2. Ajouter le sel au bon moment<\/strong> \u2013 pour \u00e9viter de ralentir le retour \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9bullition <em>sel gros (environ 10 g par litre d\u2019eau)<\/em> doit \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 uniquement <em>lorsque l\u2019eau bout<\/em>.<br><strong>3. Mettre les p\u00e2tes et remuer imm\u00e9diatement<\/strong> \u2013 plonger les p\u00e2tes <em>d\u00e8s que l\u2019eau recommence \u00e0 bouillir<\/em>; remuer quelques secondes pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019elles ne collent.<br><strong>4. Respecter les temps de cuisson<\/strong> \u2013 suivre les indications sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lafabbricadellapastadigragnano.com\/fr\/pasta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>l\u2019emballage<\/strong><\/a>.<br><strong>5. Tester<\/strong> \u2013 les p\u00e2tes doivent \u00eatre fermes mais pas trop dures, avec un l\u00e9ger fil blanc au centre, signe d\u2019une cuisson optimale.<br><strong>6. \u00c9goutter et assaisonner<\/strong> \u2013 une fois la texture souhait\u00e9e atteinte, \u00e9goutter et assaisonner les p\u00e2tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>p\u00e2tes al dente<\/strong> sont l\u2019\u00e9quilibre parfait entre go\u00fbt, sant\u00e9 et simplicit\u00e9.
