La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano fait partie des finalistes<\/strong><\/a> du THAIFEX \u2013 Anuga tasteInnovation Show 2026, le concours international d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux produits food & beverage les plus innovants de l'ann\u00e9e, qui a re\u00e7u cette \u00e9dition plus de 600 candidatures du monde entier. Nous y sommes repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par la Caccavella<\/strong>, notre format brevet\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un format unique sur une sc\u00e8ne mondiale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Le THAIFEX \u2013 Anuga tasteInnovation Show se tient dans le cadre de THAIFEX \u2013 Anuga Asia, le plus grand salon agroalimentaire d'Asie, organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Bangkok du 26 au 30 mai 2026.
Parmi plus de 600 candidatures, notre Caccavella a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e parmi les finalistes. Un format con\u00e7u pour impressionner avant m\u00eame d'arriver dans l'assiette. Des p\u00e2tes dont la forme raconte d\u00e9j\u00e0 une histoire \u2014 celle d'un territoire qui n'a jamais cess\u00e9 de se r\u00e9inventer, tout en restant profond\u00e9ment fid\u00e8le \u00e0 lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n
