The THAIFEX – Anuga tasteInnovation Show takes place as part of THAIFEX – Anuga Asia, the largest food & beverage trade fair in Asia, held in Bangkok from 26 to 30 May 2026.
Among over 600 entries, our Caccavella was handpicked as a finalist. A format born to impress before it even reaches the plate. A pasta whose shape already tells a story — that of a place that has never stopped reinventing itself, while remaining deeply true to what it is.
