Made in Italy Day: Gragnano and Its Centuries-Old Tradition
La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano is among the key participants in the 2026 edition of the National Made in Italy Day, promoted by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT). From April 7 to April 17, 2026, we open the doors of our Private Museum to share a heritage that belongs to everyone: the history, the machinery, and the ingenuity that made Gragnano the Pasta Capital of the World.
Our initiative: a journey through machines and memory
Visiting the Moccia family’s Private Museum is not just about seeing historic machinery; it is a journey through time, an opportunity to understand how ingenuity has shaped excellence generation after generation—an excellence now recognized worldwide. At the heart of this initiative is also the book “Gragnano, land of pasta and ingenuity – Evolution of production technologies”, developed in collaboration with the students of I.I.S. “Enzo Ferrari”: a bridge between the craftsmanship of the past and the curiosity of today’s youth.

The National Made in Italy Day, celebrated every year on April 15, highlights Italy’s cultural and manufacturing excellence. For us, taking part means commitment: producing high-quality pasta, preserving tradition, and passing it on has always been our mission. How long does the visit last? The museum and production tour lasts approximately 45–50 minutes.
Are tastings available? At the moment, tastings are not available on-site.
